ADDISON, Texas - Million Air Dallas announced today that they have achieved a Platinum rating by ARG/US (Aviation Research Group/US). According to ARG/US, there are just over 3,000 Air-Taxi operators in the US who hold FAA Part 135 certificates. Out of those 3000, there are only 48 operators that have achieved the ARG/US Platinum rating – truly the best-of-the-best!

A Platinum rating can only be pursued when an operator meets both Silver and Gold rating standards. A Platinum rating requires a functioning Safety Management System, a clear and workable Emergency Response Plan, and appropriate written standards, implementation, and records for all major aspects of Operations and Maintenance within a flight department or charter company. The ARG/US Audit is recognized as the industry leader, setting the standard for safety screening.
Aviation Research Group/U.S. (ARG/US) is a leader in the field of corporate aviation safety and operational information and uses the CHEQ (Charter Evaluation and Qualification) system.
