Million Air Dallas Expansion Update

ADDISON, Texas -  Million Air Dallas announced today steel structure beams are up! Over 25 years ago in Addison, Texas the first Million Air facility was built. Million Air Dallas announced their growth is under way for yet another new facility, expanding the capacity currently available at the existing Addison Airport FBO. In the past years, they have built onto the existing facility with additional hangar space of 70,000 sq. ft., and completed a renovation totaling $2 Million dollars.

This new hangar, terminal and ramp, estimated at $4 Million dollars, consists of additional ramp space which will double the current ramp space held at Addison Airport and be open at the end of year, 2011. The building of Million Air Dallas in 1984 created the first prestigious, full service, award-winning FBO. This new facility will be another first, serving as an "owners club" for Million Air Dallas managed and charter clients. Offering full service amenities, including conference room, guest office, bar/lounge area, lobby and the luxury of drive-up valet ramp service, owners will be pampered. In addition to office and storage space, the dominant structure will contain a new hangar to house the Million Air managed fleet, and be able to accommodate the new Gulfstream G-650 available in Spring of 2012 for charter. The expanding charter fleet currently of eighteen aircraft, five being large-cabin, has prompted the need for more space. The new hangar complex will increase the capacity to nine hangars with space to house not only more jets, but upcoming events, as well.

The new $4 Million dollar Expansion adds 88,000 sq. ft. of ramp, doubling the active ramp space at Million Air Dallas. This new hangar, terminal will provide aircraft owners exclusive private access and a home for their aircraft.
