Melissa Thompson, Customer Service Manager
Melissa has 15 years experience in the FBO industry . After graduating from University of Arkansas in 1995, she started in the aviation industry as a customer service supervisor, and later being promoted to the Customer Service Manger. In 1998 she became a Regional Service Trainer covering 22 FBO locations facilitating "Outrageous Customer Service" seminars, and bringing teams together to create loyalty and deliver excellent customer service. After traveling for several years in the aviation industry, she made her move back home to Dallas, and shortly joined the Million Air team.
She thrives on the interaction with the customers, and she embraces the opportunity to meet new clients, and maintain old friendships on a daily basis.
